For the purposes of this document, Pumps [UK] Online Ltd will be herein known as "The Company".

This is subject to:

a. In the case of unwanted products these must be returned in the same condition that they were despatched to you. If the product is damaged of has been used we will not be able to give a refund. All refunds are subject to a 30% handling and re stocking charge. The refund will only be for the goods and not the delivery charges. 

Any Other Terms
When sending a return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the return item. We strongly recommend that you send the item using a recorded delivery service. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by "The Company", we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.

We do not accept liability for items damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.

Please be sure to include the following details with all returns:

* Your Daytime Telephone Number
* Your order no.
* The reason for the return 


How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you must contact us immediately. We will normally be able to help you with cancellation unless your order has already been dispatched.

Do we send orders abroad? If so, how much does this cost?
You can arrange for orders from the PumpsUK to be dispatched all around the world. The costs for this are dependent on the size of the item selected. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK please e-mail your request to info@pumpsukltd.com 

How soon will I receive my order?
Subject to credit, security clearance and availability of stock, we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Delivery within the UK normally can take between 3-5 days but may be quicker. Some products are despatched directly from the manufacturers, these products are given an estimated delivery time.

What do the prices include and what currency are they displayed in? 
All prices are in GBP (United Kingdom Pounds).
